  • Our phantoms are guaranteed 12 months from delivery date.
  • Our software is guaranteed 12 months from commissioning date. During this period corresponding software updates are free of charge.
  • These guarantees cover your purchase against all possible product flaws excepting those stemming from inappropriate product use or abnormal damage.  
  • During this warranty period you benefit from unlimited remote servicing within the designated operating hours of our after sales service.
  • For further details concerning these warranty conditions, please refer to the pages at the beginning of the product user manuals.

 

For the software, after the warranty period has expired, you can enter into a maintenance contract covering "Corrections Evolutions Assistance", with which you will benefit from the same services as during the initial warranty period.
